To strip the innards out you have to knock this roll pin out.. What i mean it beat the sh*t out of it as its very very very tight and well in.

Couldnt get the sump as nice as i wanted tho, light scratches and edges i couldnt get in too. So i poped to see the boys at Hi-pole metal finishers. Gave them a few bits, but picked this up today.. :) Very happy.
