I guess its almost there (bar teething issues) cant wait to get a good look over this one at PV.

How are you running it in? It needs plenty of overrun to get a good ring seal early on.

Top is the rad, bottom is the IC - so i beleive.

Been busy with getting the door builds and rear shelves and parcel shelf sorted.

Started hacking up the door pockets ...

Started to fibreglass and then smooth off with filler:

Also started on the rear shelves , I want to fit my 5 1/2 inch infinity two ways so here's my solution :-

Also got hold of a MDF rear shelf which I then set about cutting up to clear the shelves :-

I also can now reveal the theme for my Nova - its a Nova 888 (i.e triple eight engineering) . Based on the Astra 888 limited edition, my nova shares the same colour (Europa Blue), same seats (Sparco Tornios), interior with similar ques (blue central area) and a turbo engine (albeit mines a C20LET not a Z20LET) . So I have badged up the back accordingly .....

Don't mind the 888 badge, lose the nova one tho/ replace it. the lettering i made mine from is very similar to the new style vauxhall iirc it came from speeding.com
