Got all my mitres cut and have a jig so I can put all the pieces to a corner in it and run the grinder down the cut for equal sand lines but I'll do it nearer the time

They were handing out leaflets as the gym was just opening so I went along to see what it was like. I was really out of shape so first session was a killer then gradually got easier as I went more and I really got into it. Even though some of the other lads had boxed before, because it was just starting up I wasnt as nervous about going along. Just try out a local gym and see how you get on.Quote:

There's a red antibes on the bay that looks worth saving,as you said spud quite a rare nova & it looks as if most of it is there :)
