What turned up in the post, some impact whey protein powder and exceed intra workout formula (got me high as a kite and its not even meant to) and a car CD player from a friend as my cars tape player doesn't recognise tapes and only plays radio 1.
The pre-workout I use is like that! It's like you have sniffed a gram line of escobars finest lol. Works a treat though was setting personal bests like theres no tomorrow first time I used it.
The most brutal one I tried was IS Nutrition Grenade .50 cal link here in Lemon flavour iirc, hadnt even drank half of it and I wanted to run a marathon whilst doing bicep curls.
Only got a sample packet when I bought a Grenade shaker bottle, never bought their pre workout as you can see, its fucking mental!
Never tried any of that pre work out stuff. I do drink Muscle milk/recovery shakes after tho as they really seem to work helping me recover.
I used to use pre workout, not used it since jack3d got banned. I couldn't sleep at all when using it had like tingling on my ears, neck down my back lol was always a good workout when using it though.
Just sounds like speed.
I think Jack3d was speed, might remember the lass that dropped dead running a marathon for Samaritans charity, she took jack3d before hand.
It was an ingredient called DMAA that got banned it wasn't speed.
1 thing i do use before the gym is glycer grow. It gives sick pumps! I'd highly recommend.
