Cut the whole skin off the bottom of the bootlid and weld/crimp a fresh flat sheet on, thats the best way to do it. Or cut it off and use one of them fibreglass flushing panels.

Nice back bumper as well :)
I'd only make the number-plate recess a bit deeper ?
mikey - I discovered the boot lid is actually slightly warped somehow?!? so doesnt actually close properly (hence tape at the corners)
Vaughan - plate recess is deeper than the pics show...
Ah the pics make it look shallow
Should be nice all in all once its done like :)
decent weather the last few days (for a change) so heres a few pics with the master parts of the kit in place. The rear bumper has now been fibreglassed and is waiting for finer detailing.
Once thats done the kit is ready for molds to be taken and then I can crack out the actual parts to be used on the car...

The main thing is the kit is all the same height so it flows around the car. That was the hardest to get right.
I've also decided I may need a set of 16's...
Anyone got any alesios!
lol

colour wise I'm seriously tempted by glacier white with anthracite trim... saw a clio 172 sport with a v nice body kit on way home tonight in white with black gloss trim - looked stunning (for a frenchy mobile)
The front is a work of art:thumb: . any decision on the final colour?
Was typing this as you were typing the above
Its like a baby calibra!
I think it definitly needs bigger wheels, something a bit differnt to theusual speedlines etc to go with the kit
Corsa C SRi items ;) very sqauresque, very angular :thumb:
