3mins per km on a 30km ride. Not bad for a fatty out of shape mofo
Missed an item earlier In the week on eBay but found his number on my phone as I'd messages him when he first listed it, to I text him and the winning bidder didn't contact him so I'm having it! Yay! Collecting a rear bumper with skirt for the Signum with dual exhaust cut outs for £20! Bargain :)
Won a new radiator for a my sr £10 :) get in :) doubt I would get a used one that cheap? Lol

Leaving the automotive industry (again).... Might miss the cars but hey, got bored of million pound stuff lol
Well I was gonna leave it until I had the confirmation and all paperwork through but... joining the automotive industry lol Doing something very similar to what I wanted in motorsport and working for a performance/luxury manufacturer along with the opportunity coming up so soon and salary involved easily swayed it for me and I'm really looking forward to it tbh.
Had an interview with Jaguar Land Rover and they offered me the job there and then! Hectic couple of weeks sorting out a place to rent and all sorts of other hassle now!
JLR are having a massive recruitment drive still. Picking up everyone with a hint of skill :) kept getting asked to go but didnt want the faff of going to gheydon lol
Yeah I'm just hoping the place I've spotted to rent stays put now given there's a flood of people heading there lol
Mark, what will you be doing there?
Stu, what is it you really do?
Getting stopped by the police on the way home from work in the red one, gave me a chance for a chat and a bonnet pop.
Got my van back on the road and maybe upgrade to a mk7 at the end of the year
Looks like my work is going to pay for me to do a degree :)
Just double check what they're actually paying for, and how many days you're working/doing a degree.
My tuition fees total about 19,000-20,000, yours will be 3x that due to the new tariffs... however that's a very small chunk of a 180,000 pie that includes living costs of around 42,000, loss of earnings of 90-130,000 due to full time education etc etc.
Assuming they continue paying you at the same kind of rate and your living costs are going to be similar though, go for it! :)
I think everything except the books really, illnonly have to pay the money back if I leave within 2 years of passing the course. I've got my hnc just now so need to do hand and degree.
I'll still be on my same wages etc it will be a day realease course by the looks of it :)
Finally started my step lol I can't remember when I done the outer red blocks

Taking my nova out for a run as it was a good night & feeling happy about it..i've had quite a rough few weeks as my dad passed away last month & we both used to work on the nova quite a bit so a lot of memories with the little car but i had a little smile to myself :)
Sorry for you loss mate, good to see your getting to enjoy something you both worked on,
I had a smile to myself today, using the nova as a daily driver lol
I take normal stuff that works fine, and add electronics to it to a) annoy people who hate the modern world and b) make it work better lol
I was responsible for the body electronics of the huayra (along with the head unit and HVAC control too). I have left that and will be working on the rail network control.... Can't make that any worse lol
Winning £127.25 at the races in Beverley tonight. It was about halfway through the night and after I collected my winnings my wallet stayed in my pocket.
Happy days!
Joff
Booked Billing VBOA :)

The sound of this :)
^ That sounds ace!
Ive got myself debt free as of today :) been paying over £300 a week to clear it for a while so I'll have a bit more money for myself now and won't have to work as much over time :)
Very nice, brick does look best i find.
Phoning up adrian flux to tell them i'm fitting an ashley backbox to the nova & fully expecting a battle over how much extra they were going to rape me for a modification on the policy...no extra charge :) this is the same company who wanted an extra £60 off me for putting on red dot grooved discs last year & thats about half of what my yearly premium is :tard::confused: insurance companies eh? lol
BRake upgrades mean you'll be driving it fast.. Meaning more chance you'll smash it up.
Back box can some times be just classed as for looks.
Gave her a bath, very therapeutic
