While i was there i thought i could change the pipe work for my filler. I dared to undo the jublee clip and it started to get wet so i stoped and did it up thinking lost of fuel in, i'll wait till its empty.
Drove to work on wed and found my car seamed to be a bit scared of something and have wet her self...

That was after moving it about 10foot.
So got it in the garage and riped it apart.. Finding the hose that was all i could find just wasnt making a good seal (knew it wasnt leaked if i put to much fuel in)

So messed about and now have a new bit of hose in, and metal bit to that long and better shaped, gave everything a repaint to as i was in there..

Nice one mate, what colour did you paint the inner arches
Obviously its blue but what shade ? Is it just standard blue Hammerite ?
Yeah std hammeright blue, is close to ardon blue at first glance, but will be painted over ardon blue at some point..lol
lol Looks good :)
Makes me want to do mines red
Cool Cheers.
Helps protect too.
*if you do it tho, the car must be bone dry, i like 4-5 days inthe dry to dry out as you dont want to trap and seal water in*
Aye, cheers for that pointer lol
No idea if I'll do it yet as mines isn't a show-car and would no doubt be dirty in about an hour
Once they are painted you can wash them off when you wash the car, i do.
Winter wheel refurb.
Picked up a spare set of 5 turbo rims a while back to use as winter wheels.
After driving to combe and back i think its time to get them swaped over as they where minging after the drive.
So with the tyres off i started sanding them off..
