Remember to get the tracking done asap.
It hasn't gone that low so it isn't even playing up ... drove it up and down backins a few times today and it was fine.
Will see when it's on the road on 1st jan ... but either way i can get it sorted the day after it on td which is the wednesday 2nd jan.
Tyre wear, you wont notice any other way really.
Ok thanks... Well like i said will get it seen to on the wednesday.

Always stick to the 'local' type places, and establish a rappor with one ;).

Looks really low at the front, any idea how much its down?
Enough lol..
Fook knows i got the springs very cheap brand new so i don't have a clue. lol
Just banged them on.
looking v nice - word of advice - make sure youre rear arches are fully sealed up! Take off inside rear 1/4 panels and spray a load of waxoyl down the gaps - then make sure you seal the inner edge lip with mastic or a similar seam sealer to protect them. last thing you want is your arches going again.
Front does look low - you rolled the front arches? Watch bumps - especially on corners as you might scuff the arch (doubtful but possible).
you got plans for the front bumper?
Dont stick a spoiler on the back - looks smart without one!
I was thinking of a GSi spoiler but not happy about the fact you have to drill holes for it, it's bad enough having to drill holes for the skirt clips lol
Err would like a GSi front bumper in orig grey but canit find one.
The front arches aint been rolled it's just gone really low lol.
must say tom, really liking this now, the 3 spokes on that drop look spot on :thumb:
Aye they need a lil bit of air though but not much.
Bugging my dad to come help me line up my skirt clips now ... it's freezing outside lol.
how you going to to it? put them onto the skirts and paint onto the clips and line them up against the car? make sure when you drill you red-oxide the holes or something :thumb:
Got some anti rust stuff for the screws and holes that ya paint on or something.
Mite bang some of it on my arch inner lip lol.
Don't know how it being lined up will see as i am going along.
Me and my dd started to do the skirts this evening but ran into problems along the way so only got round to doing 1 side so will do the other side tomorrow.
Oh and yes i do know the rear of the skirt isn't very level but that's best could get it lol. not very noticeable though.
Pics of how we did it and with it on.

GET BETTER PICS TOMORROW WHEN OTHER SIDE IS ON THEN CAR IS GETTIGN A UBER CLEAN LOL.
IIRC you fit the rear fin before the straight section don't you? Is your arch so wonky that the fin can't sit straight?
defo needs a gsi spoiler now, the skirts and alloys on that drop look minted, ive got to see this in person lol
Did you use the proper clips then?
the indicator didnt stick then lol?
Yup... And whoever told me to slide the skirts onto the clips needs shooting because they wouldn't slide on so had to click them in (aka punch the skirt lol)
Did it fook am getting stressed out that it's taken me weeks just to get that 1 fooking lenze and plastic stuck down :(Quote:

Fit clips to skirt, paint back of clips
Push skirt into place to mark the clips outline.
Then drill.....
Doing it the way we did with marking it all out on masking tape was easy enough.Quote:
