And am currently head scratching over the fuse box & most of the internal wiring setup, which is proving a pain being as Ive got no engine so cant really test much & will be a few circuits short if I complete the wiring at this stage :(
Currently looking at this works built S1600 Corsa for inspiration :/

Right next to the 9 pin ECU one? Thats also part of it, Can't remember exactly what it does, Might not even be needed for your XE conversion.Quote:

And 3 others that ive forgot already lol probably EML, ABS & Fog light warnings at a guess though.
How it connects to the Jenvey loom though is another story lol lol
iirc the jenvey loom diag should show you what goes where. yeah the others are em light, abs and a/c...
Yeah they do, cant remember if they supply there looms as a DIY hard wire type affair or with multi plugs on the end though.
Not that it matters to me actually lol
diy hardwire, but look for aircraft type bayonet connectors, proper spiffy....
Already got some ;)
get an hactual engine now the goodies are arriving :P
not far combe now i expect it there :p
saying that dont think mine will make it so its all right haha
Even if I had an engine today it still wouldnt go in lol got probably the same amount of work on the engine as Ive done on the car.
well better hurry up and get one lol :p
show season is nearly here haha
OK Mate how much for a carbon, or crab/kev heat shield, would it be a basic one with 45deg angle or curved??
Scott
Just read through from start to finish lol coming along nicely with some trick parts going in. The carbon work gets better and better :thumb:
They be about twenty quid a throw if that at a guess. Could do either curved or flat depending on what's the most popular really scottQuote:
