Why dude, whats left? sort the wiring? Looms complete so just ripp it out replace? chuck the dash back in, get all the wires from bay through and connected, then dash back in etc..
Then it's fit cooler and intercooler, new wings wheels spray time..
Right got some more work done on the car, i trial fitted the manifold and turbo which needed abit of messing about because of the accuator being so close to the rad

What i had to do was remove the rad and then fit the manifold and turbo on to the head, then i had to take one of the bolts out of the accuator bracket to allow it to swing upwards to give me the clearance

Then once the rad went in i could swing it back and tighten the bolts (rad not in place)

Then i found that the accuator was fouling a little clip on the back of the rad not sure what it is for but it had to come off

Then i slid the accuator in from the left hand side very tight fit though

Right also i fabricated some brackets from some ali box section for my oil cooler to fit under the slam panel in front of the rad in the top left hand corner

I put my grill on so i could see how it would look and im pleased with just go to sort the pipe work out now

Just read this thread right through! Very impressive work, that shell was fairly rotten but you're done a great job in making it mint again! This should look brilliant when done!
Good progress. That bracket bit on the rad is for the rad fan.

Going to try and trim the 90 degree samco so the filter sits behind the grill and the intercooler im going to hide behind the bumper thats the next thing to mock up might have to make some adjustments to the front panel and some of the pipe work:thumb:Quote:

I got the loom in place by the end of the day so its just a matter of connecting up plugs and then wiring my DTA back into the new loom!:d

First of all i got my copper/nickel piping and made a copy of the orignal

just took nearly an hour reading this. mad skills on the welding, i scrapped my first nova for far less. i wish my girlfriend would buy me parts! get it finished!
Sort of hopefully im having my downpipe re-made as the old one has rusted so after that i have a few electrical gremlins to get rid of then i should be able to get her running:dQuote:
