if found guilty of whatever offence this is (highly unlikely), what would he be getting? slap on the wrist, a fine, points?
i did kindly tell him last year when i logged onto that site that if i see it again in a magazine il be doing something about it. this is the fourth time iv seen a pic of that car in a mag since then, but having a 5 page feature of it has pretty much guaranteed that il be doing something about it!

FY04 BXK is the cars original reg if you aren't aware mate, maybe ring the DVLA saying that the guy is using your plate on the public highway.
Obviously that plate is the one registered to his Yaris and that's what the DVLA want to see.

I was in a similar position once, a guy had L14 MHP and had the H resembling an N. lol
ok, get in touch with the local police. they will tell you what offence has been commited. then formally press charges against him. that should do it.....

It's interesting the way he has the plates blanked out on occasion when it's on a public road, but as said he certainly doesn't do it all the time!
ye i know his real reg mate, im getting to know quite alot about him actually. gloynboyz, myspace, photobucket and the toyota owners club are what he uses.
