slice down the middle, then just because i'm a tart, i opened out the holes a little more so i can add rubber edging so i wouldn't get vibrations on the trumpets

Looking good mate.
Any gen on the bung ?
Were at Bruntingthorpe on monday and as you may of seen in the vids I posted the car is rather noisy
seen the pod vids, but thats it ?
not received the exhaust bung on the previous page - altho received the silencer box above today...
thinking about this airbox, i dont think its going to be as easy fit as Lee's (lee303) was... trunking will foul on the washer bottle in the standard place, which is no bother, as i can remove that, however I noticed only recently that he doesnt run a standard servo/ mc/ brake fluid res bottle, which is where the airbox is going to hit - so i might well be selling the box on lol
Cant you run the airbox entry over the drivers side instead?
Yep I meant the pod vids, its not quiet at all now.
Where did you get the silencer for, whats the od on the pipe (fitment end)
I was reading a friends copy of PVW yesterday and one of the products they reviewed was an electronic exhaust valve, works basically like a porsche one, leave it in standard mode and it's nice and quite (good for motorway driving ;)) and then flick a switch and hear the full bark of the exhaust. It was about ?130 and seem very well made/manufactured. I'll find the name if you interested.
I read the same article, it would do exhausts upto 6" too iirc !
prices were from ?130 I think though
