and yeh i could go for a rose jointed turnbuckle, but SBD charge a stupid amount for the smaller alternator and its part of the kit.

Doesn't Spanishfly have a small alt for sale and there must be a reason why Gm originally used rubber bushes in the top tentioner bracket
