Cheers Scott, No DTM's here, although the fake carbon is probably as bad :p lol

hhhmmm you might be right on catch tank, but I don't think its as a problem as its only there to stop the oil dripping on the floor. The tank is what I bought off novashed off here when he broke his car :thumb:

Got an M10 threaded insert from McGil Motorsport and had it welded onto the clevis joint.

and test fitted before I gave it a lick of paint

Got my other hub assembly back with a new bearing in, so built it back up and fitted the speedo pickup for the digital dash

Now, next up before I can get this hub on the car and it back on its wheels I need a new outer CV as the threads on it are fooked :roll:

However I'm not sure what CV I need... I have what I think are the M-Tech conversion shafts. The hub has 33 splines. After a bit of a search on here I found that I need a "big block CV" but couldn't find any explaination on what these are exactly??

A standard nova one or one from an astra/cav/cally???

Any info on this would be greatly appreciated as I would like to get the CV ASAP, so I can get the car back on all four's again

Any 1.8up Cav/Astra or Cally. So a 2lt Cav will be perfect.

(Nova ones are 28 spline)

The pedal problem was that when I connected everything up to my bias box, the actual pedal was sat as if it was halfway pressed down and unable to fully return to the correct posistion and or activate the brake light switch, I don't know why I have had such an issue with it as I'm sure loads of others have run the bias boxes without all the faff! but hey ho its sorted now :d
