Adam and Benn... Im with club irmscher.. Quite a few of the local guys have been going with them for years hence I go with them. Were opposite JOV so shouldnt be hard to find etc.

Vaughan.. cheers !
Matt... Im still years behind you! ps get yourself over for a few beers next time you've got some spare time!

Another small Item I painted at the same time was my battery clamp... Ive sent one to the chromers but Its not due back until after billing so Ive got hold of another and just treated it to a fresh coat of gloss black.....

Fingers crossed the baseplates will be fine when I get into work tommorow... I hate working with carbon fibre as its so tempremental etc! Then I can get the new baseplates on the car and add the new inner carbon plates too!
Looking at the engine bay again I noticed my fuel reg screws/washers were looking a bit tarnished so I dropped by the stainless place and picked up some neat looking stainless replacements, much nicer Im sure you'll agree!......

Thats all for this eves folks hopefully another update tommorow! :)
Nick.
Still looking great, Do you have to use a sealer on the carbon? I was thinking you might want to get your carbon guy to make a copy of mine for the future. I haven't used them yet, just removed the paint.
Shame i won't be at billing now, i'd love to see this in the flesh.
Hey Jeff, Yes I use a transparent sealer when Im working with carbon, No need regarding the carbon parts Ive other ideas now! ;) Ive replied to your pm by the way... ps thats your old rocker cover on my car!!!Quote:

Adam.. Im looking in to some harness eye bolt fixings etc. The boot floor was actually built and trimmed by previous owner when everything was swapped into this shell. Maybe coming out soon.. will give you a shout if it does! :)
Rear lights look great, think you need a real rear sturt brace tho.
