Had no trouble with mine.
Was speaking to a guy after who builds race cars & he advised i should have before connecting the banjo's to cyclinders i should have filled them with brake fluid or i will have got so much air in system.
You using a 'Gunson easi-bleed'?
Made bleeding mine a breeze.
Pressure bleeder?
I have one you can borrow i think. I lashed up a proper bleeder and a drilled out res top. Do me your soft stars cheap like and you can have it!
no not using a gunson easi bleed just tried lastnight pressing brake pedal with a pipe into a bottle but it was just pushing air through then drawing it back in when u let pedal off!Quote:

I did ask when he was having it done if he do one for me, but there was no chance!!
He wanted the only one & i suppose as he was getting them made it was his choice!
You'll need to use a pressure bleeder - like the gunson that uses the pressure from a tyre.
cheers for the info martin, it is quite a work of art,Quote:

Looking nice, I can't help thinking the inlet would be more suited to a satin Black finish. Minor issue tho.
Keep at it.
