nothing was damaged or bent, shocks were a little rusty but straight none the less:thumbs: so these will do until i can afford some coilovers.

Fitted one of my side skirts tonite, after a few hours scratching my head, i got the tape measure, ruler and spirit level out oh and a pencil and a drill:lol::thumbs:
measured where all the clips should go, drew it out on the sill and drilled the holes:o have protected all the bare metal so hopefully be ok:look:
wacked the side skirts on and they look a treat,

Very nice, they look to have fitted well.
Hopefully the holes wont rust.
-
Whoa this sucker has taken on a whole new look with just those few bits on.
Me like! Surprised you didnt powder coat the springs considering the mintyness of the rest of the car... Saw about coilovers though.
So nice & clean!
-
raised the back up a little today as it was scrubbing the tyre sidewall:mad:
i planned to use a set of fk rear adjusters i had lying around but found the spring would not fit over these so i just used the locking ring off them and its raised it about 5mm, not much but hopefully enough to stop it scrubbing:)

Nice.
Grind/Roll the arch so you can drop it lower
The gsi bumpers will look sweet :thumb:
-
looking really mint mate,well done.
wish i would have taken this easy route of just doing some subtle mods.instead of fully stripping and rebuilding it.
