tbh for you the choice is obvious SAAB imo, you don't *have* to tinker with it, so choosing a vaux engine for more pennies and less power makes no sense. If you must justify it with further tinkering it can always be "in the pipework" until that tax return comes inlolQuote:

yes, but only post 93 mate. but the 2.3 has a habit of sending rods out the block, and the 2.0 revs better.
