There's a we bit of damage on the back of this which is a pity. But sits against a wall do can't see it.

The company I got it from don't really like selling them. They normally supply them only on the engines they build, I just caught them on a good day.
It took nearly 3 weeks to arrive though, Every day since ordering it I have came home disappointed, until today :)

I'm at the gym 5 days a week most weeks (sometimes Saturdays too) allegedly muscle helps burn fat, not sure how I think and google doesn't help the argument as some people say it does some say it doesn't what I think they mean is lifting weights is another good way to burn calories.
The body can covent fat to muscle to a point so yes.

A new front mech as I mashed the other one last week. Its amazing how a few 'levels' up the shimano range makes a huge difference on a simple thing like the front. Deore xt top swing ftw :) I was just going to get the cheapest possible but a)the are all £20 or less anyway unless going for this years xtr and b.) no where had stock of anything lower than the Dxt :)
