Cheers Pal, its a Astra TDS intercooler with the outlet modified to come straight out rather than at a 90degree angle!
Seems to work well any way..

the problem your going to have is, the 1.7 uses that intercooler as std, so a 1.7 with upped boost and fuel, its still going to get a little hot
its a 1.5 baxter
get a 1.7 in there then lol
oh and I Have retarded the pump which helps keep it cool
