Link is in my sig benn. Definitely coscast, can tell by the shape of the casting where heat shield bolts on.

Intercooler wise, the twin pass cooler i run, I had next to no modding to the shell at all chap! I did however have to cut both the centre 2 clips off the back of the grille & both the centre lug mounts (where grille mates to bumper) from the back of the bumper.
