My niece has a 10 reg Clio. The th headlamp blew. We couldn't see any way to replace it. I rang the main dealer. They told me that they couldn't tell me how to do it, but their service dept could swap it for me. Now it is illegal to drive with a faulty headlamp, and if you drive in france, where the Clio is made, you actually have to carry a full set of bulbs..... so they still wouldnt tell me how to do it. So i told my brother that i couldnt fix it and why. He rang the dealer and got put thru to the boss.... 1 bollocking later and we were told to remove the bumper. There should be a European law about this. It should take no more than a minute to swap a headlamp bulb.
