Yeah after it's first layer of filler it doesn't look too bad.
Here's where mine is. Can't comment on whether it works yet tho! lol

Just found another problem though: The reservoir hits the bonnet, and that's with no cap on?! lol

I've just rotated the servo 90 degrees so the reservoir is facing a different way and it will just fit in the rearmost 'groove' of the bonnet strengthening, is this what you mean?

Yeah just a trial fit at the moment, will weld in the Corsa spreader plate (like Simps above), reweld along the firewall join and brace the back of the pedal so you don't transfer as much pressure in to the battery tray to induce flexing.
