I'm sure the rocker is a clue of future wheel colour choice....
Love the mirrors! Always an awesome addition :)

The car looks great with the new mirrors Keith their a credit to Dave on how well they are made/sculpted. An excellent addition for an already top car.
Nick.

Wheels maybe next year! ;-)

the stance is awesome.
Wonky plate :(
Love the new mirrors
Looks stunning dude!
stunning
Surely there is nothing else that you can do to your Nova now Kieth.
Lovely work.
Cheers Shaun, yeah it's got to that stage now! I'm working towards building a garage at home so I can move it down from my parents. Might do some changes in a few years!
Hope this one is a keeper keith? Alot of people seem to sell them on when they get to this stage, oh and after they've been featured in a few mags..
Can't understand it myself, looks great though, top work!!
It's a keeper Steve! It's been finished 3 years now. Featured two years ago. I'd only build another if I sold it.
Nothing much to report really. I'll be swapping over my header tank for a new original this weekend, and hopefully getting it taxed for some summer driving. It will need new front tyres soon, and MOT at the end of April.
My new car is getting all the attention at the moment!

One problem with that Porsche..... No solid lifters lol
the funny thing is I have a large photo of my old Nova with a 996 911 in pursuit, right up my a** LOL
Lol, lovely car though Keith.
My word.
nice car keith, whats the spec?
Good choice Keith. Gotta love that flat 6 noise. It will never be in the same fun category as a nova turbo but a completely different fun all the same.
:thumb:
nice 911 Keith! cracking value the 996's now.
so keith the ultimate question, whats the plans for it???
Yeah its completely different. They are so so well engineered, it just feels so well put together and inspires confidence. The Nova makes me nervous somethings going to snap everytime I nail it LOL
Cheers, Yeah they are superb value. I fancied a 993 but they are over 20k now for a good one. I think I'll keep this for a while and upgrade to a 997 in a few years. Is that your 964? Beautiful cars, I'd love one but I'd have to sell the Nova as it would be more of a Toy.
I've fitted a pair of Miltek silencers, and the wheels could do with a refurb to make them spotless and I want the calipers painted red. As said the main plan is to keep it in great nick and upgrade to a 997 in a few years. I'd love a GT3 but it may never be within my reach, but I'll keep working hard and see what happens!
Keith
Love the porka, does it feel smooth compared to owning an LET Nova lol
How's your other build coming on as I've not subscribed and lost the link [bad southie].
The other car is on hold until I get the savings back in order. I've a rollover spit sorted and just need to strip it bare. Once thats sorted I'll begin sorting the arches and back panel.
it is, yes. Its actually a late 3.2 Carrera, but with the cup wheels on it:

Had it about 18 months and was originally looking for either a 964 or an Impact Bumper. The 964s i looked at seemed to have some big big bills in the service history so decided to go IB. Like you though, a GT3 is on the wanted list.
Enjoy...
Beautiful! Would love an early 911 or a 964 variant. Maybe in the future :)
Lovely Porsche...
I'd love to have a 911 993 Turbo (Not in Nova blue though lol )

Still expensive though :(
Love!
Mixture of modern 997 front looks and old skool cool and a massive Porsche rear wing.
993's are crazy money. A low mileage turbo fetches over 100k. Thats more than a year old 997 GT3 RS, which i'd rather have (If I could ever afford it!)
I know cheapest I've seen was £50k + still lovely though. Wish I had that much spare cash and more.
Havent used the Nova much this year. Had it up a run to a local track earlier in the year to watch the NiSevens (Sevens/westfield competition)
Soon after, the alternator failed, and I lost interest.

One new alternator later, and it's back on the road.
I need two new front tyres though and funds are low with our big holiday coming up, but with them still legal I've had it out another blast. Reminding me just how awesome it is!

Loved it at billing a few years ago,
