I've fitted the release bearing and bolted the selector turret on, just need to fit the diff cover and tap the dowels back through that locate the casing halves together. Then its re-fit tomorrow afternoon and some thrashing :D:D:D

Have spent the best part of two (half) days trying to get the box to select properly and have had no joy, so to cheer myself up I commenced the most dramatic set of changes to my nova yet. Here begins ''Project Aero''
Front aero is gonna (hopefully) yield big improvements to performance, increasing grip through downforce generation and reducing drag by restricting the flow underbody. I know it looks a bit chav, but to be honest I couldn't give a toss lol

The area of the splitter region of the bumper is approximately 100 square inches, therefore just 1psi of pressure at the front of the car would give 45kgs of downforce. I intend to have a horizontal extension from the base of this splitter that will be adjustable to allow me to tailor the downforce. This splitter extension will extend rearwards and slightly down under the front of the car to produce a high-speed and therefore low pressure region, again increasing downforce. This will join into a flat floor and rear diffuser set-up :thumb:
gahhhh stop blooding spending on the car, and use it for what you've built it for!!!
its currently not broke, so don't try and fix something, that works (aerodynamics) lol
how many times has it seen the track this whole year? lol
Oh noes! Nova headlights!!!!!!!!
is that a magnum bumper? i did like those back in the day. :)
It is a Magnum bumper and Lee the headlights are going back to the minty ones ;)
