My XE nova on throttle bodies (Project 275+bhp)

Well heres another update. The postman brought me some more nice things ready to sort at the weekend.
All the parts to build the 3" exhaust

Hopefully ill have the exhaust mocked up at the weekend so I can dismantle the remaining parts of the engine to take to Steve to plat nice with ;) :thumb:

striped down the engine and all bits then dropped it all off with steve for the correct assembley hopefully with have it back by the end of the month and we are ready to roll.
The ironic thing is it doesnt look much for £12k :eek: :cry:

That exhaust will exceed 103dB almost guaranteed.

Hi mate I hope it doesn't but there isnt much to do other than wait and see. Dave dixons v6 had a similar system but only had 2silencers and that was less than 100db

Out of interest who specced the exhaust to 3 inch ? I'm quite sure the Simpson one Giles had was a 2.75" as was the one they made my mates xe.

I think its a SBD spec.
