Looking good mate! get your **** down the pub 2moro night!!
been doing a bit of work her and there over the last week.
Ive spent alot of time sorting the wiring out, had to move the electric window switches into the door due to removing the centre console. With all that finished the dash is now back in. Battery is now located in the boot.
the corsa servo is now all finished and new clutch pedal assembly is fitted. Thursay im going to finished the dash off and get the seats back in. That will be the interior finished.
Next on the list is the f28 clutch which, then the engine can go back in.

not done much on the car recently, been collecting parts up, my fwd conversion plate turned up yesterday and ive ordered a black diamond clutch from chris astley.
ive now spent 3 hours cleaning the f28 up! what a s**t job, all worth it in the end and ive giving it a coat of silver hammerite.
And for my latest purchase.....................
It the genuine irmscher spoiler to go with the sprint c kit,

so beautiful, didnt you recently get another kit? and thoose alloys where did you get them from, must be so rare!
Will you be running the corsa servo?
How did you know where to weld the mount on? Did you just fit the box get it levelthen fit the mount?
Yes im running the corsa servo, the servo is all complete except from shortening the pedal.Quote:

wow chap just had a read through all the pages great to see such old skool coolness , must say i love it so different from anything else keep up the good work :thumb:
Havnt updated this for ages so thought id better. Been buying a few parts and finally i have everything to get it back on the road.
After fitting the f28 i realised the mount sat right where my intercooler outlet was. So ive had to cut a section out of the crossmember so it will sit further forward and slighty lower, the bumper has also been choped up to aid airflow.
Hopefully going for a mot a week monday if all goes well.
i bit the bullet and brought the rosejointed tie bar mounts from chris astley, fitted them last week. will get some pics soon.
Cossie webber regulator has been sourced to sort the fuel pressure
Lc-1 innovate wideband
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v4...g/DSC01545.jpg
Bung welded in and the down pipe is back on, just got to wire up the wideband now

My injectors arrived back yesterday from being cleaned. you can see from the results they needed doing! Fitted them this morning enableing the loom to go back in.

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v4...g/DSC01548.jpg
Phase 2 ecu also arrived yesterday, i had brought phase 3.5 but have decided against it as i dont want to run the engine at its limits.
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v4...g/DSC01546.jpg
So heres how it sits now. more updates to come, got to upload the mounting of pics ive taken
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v4...g/DSC01558.jpg
nice man the nova looks good will be **** hot when finished!!
Cool - your going to love phase 2!
p2 rocks. you'll love the f28 more tho! aren't intercoolers just a pain in the a$$!!
tell me about it, i f**ked about for ages when i fitted the irmscher kit, then the f28 puts me back to square one.
I think i made the right choice going for phase 2, i read a few things about people having problems with ph 3.5.
hopefully this will be the last time the cars off the road for a long time, i just really want to enjoy it instead of working on it all the time.
phase 2 is generally very reliable and only really tolls on the turbo (if standard). and is plenty quick enough in a road going nova!
reliability is a factor im really looking at now, one of the reason i coughed up for the wideband.Quote:

been busy this week,
welding in some angle after cuting the cross member up, doesnt look all that pretty, but its not going to be seen.
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v4...g/IMG_0035.jpg
so finally i could fit the intercooler and front bumper
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v4...g/IMG_0045.jpg
next on the list was to roughly set up my actuator, so it starts to open at 10 psi now, im going to see what its like to drive an adjust it from there
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v4...g/IMG_0048.jpg
while i had the druck out, i though id better set up the webber fuel regulator, dont think your going to get any more accurate than that!
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v4...g/IMG_0059.jpg
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v4...g/IMG_0058.jpg
Made up th removable slam panel, it over laps the original. just need to paint it.
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v4...g/IMG_0056.jpg
Seats are now back in completing the interior and ive started cutting the bonnet to fit my aero catch flush bonnet pins.
Lastly i calibrated my wideband, on idle im getting a afr of 15.5, got to check to see if this is right.
when we going to the ring then homo?
Where did you get your injectors cleaned?

*side note. The injector cleaning, is it a tenner eash? Am guessingit is but the add dont say*
yes £10 each, like i said great service and you can see from my results they needed doing. gave me alot of peice of mind
Benn - it's £10 each, but very much worth it, don't get them done until your ready to run the car though.
Craig, car's looking great, the bootlid is a huge improvement!
