the 2.6 and 3.2 compression is only 10:0.1 so this also helps, the 2.5 and 3.0 are higher so you wouldn't get as much boost pressure without running into det earlier on.

Right I think it's time to turbo my V6. Just got a 10k loan and have some spare so i'm going to start my research. Would like to keep the C25XE but can they take boost well. I'm looking for between 250bhp and 300bhp. I take it yours is still FWD? How are you keeping it on the road?

Get yourself a SAAB 2.5 v6 (same but not) SAAB 3.0 inlet manifold and turbo etc or vectra vxr, yeah fwd is the way to go. we will be running it on the road too.

We have just looked again and have found the problem, some cheeky F**ker has sold us a immobiliser loom (saying it was a redtop) which isnt the same so we've sorted most of it out now, just need more voltage to the pump and it'll run :thumb:

well we awaiting on silicone pipes mate, it'll run soon as i get a min but can't complete it until the company gets its finger out and send us the pipes

well its alive even though there isn't any boost pipes on, the afm isn't properly connected, no tank vent valve or lambda but it ticks over on its own.
This is first fire up!!! sounds good to me.

Sounds good mate found a donor engine and box plus a free calibra v6 leather interior for £300 today so I'm gonna start my C25XE Turbo build soon. Was thinking of selling up but I think I will regret it.

Yours is ace tho :thumb:
Let me know when you have some V6 mounts available :)
