Edit: Have you considered a pressed metal plate for the tailgate? English font just plain plate...would look gooood!

Update.
Been playing with my shaft..... Drive shaft that is.
While getting them ready for paint.. i had a moment of insanity i found i could do this...

Found i had to brush paint them finish, then flatten them off and spray the silver to get a nice finish...

These bits took the longest... Trying to get the shape right in both swage lines. But both look on now.. top one needs a bit more now i can see it in the primer.

This was fun. At crimbo Astra Dan and myself both bought flatscreen tvs (32")
which at first going to pick them up in the nova was a wrong choise.. But she prevailed and we got them both in.. and some funny ass looks on the way home...lol
