1987 Vauxhall Nova Ski

i actually love this nova, as above a exhaust sould be its only change, it looks superb!

is it going pv this year? would love to come and have a look round it, looks uber shexii lol

edit:- and 2 more wheel nuts on each wheel wouldnt go a miss lol :thumb:

Not a great deal else planned atm. Things to do list is;

Bigger brakes
Hubs, TCA's, tiebars, calipers, etc off and all painted up with new bolts to freshen it up
Eccentric topmounts
Rear drums painted up
All 4 arches properly undersealerd (possibly painted body colour)
New exhaust (quite fancy an Ashley Sport back box on it)
Maybe a snowplough bumper

Future plans - would like to put a C16XE on TB's in it (much like Dec's old SR) but thats just an idea atm.

Other than that it will be staying as it is and kept as clean as I can manage!

Get hold of some 1300 internals, put the 1300 crank & rods in the 1200 to make it 1400cc. Run it on twin DCOE's, job done:thumb:

That is mint mate, lovely looking car ! absolutley like a time warp ! would look really good with the arches painted white, personally i wouldnt go for an xe in there but focus more on a period 8v engine, how about either a 1.4 or 1.6 8v ? as they essentially all look the same.
