Nice work Oli.
Still running a pot fly though?
No! Thats a lightened nova flywheel! :D
Oh.
Its just it looks nothing like my flat nova one(which is actually physically flat)
I think it was off a late model nova (can't really remember) I was originally told Nova flywheels didn't fit, but gave this one a go and it did
Aye, its a 1.6 8v one i have fitted, which is completely flat. Yours looked slightly dished like a pot one.
Mines like this

Are you suggesting I could potentially save some weight :eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek:
So should I get mine turned down more, or get another... will that handle the extra torque/power
reposted pic for comparison purposes...

Yours either takes a larger diameter clutch, or is actually a smaller diameter flywheel. Look at the position of the bolts relative to the outer diameter
That one in the pic is a 20xe one.
I have a pic of the fly on my 1600 16v on my other pc, will post it later.
But yes, mines totally flat like the xe one in the pic.
Yours is definently a pot fly....
So yes, if you fitted a 1.6 8v flat fly, and got that lightened you could save MORE weight
Mines not a pot fly though, the clutch sits inside the 'pot' on them, whereas mine is flat faced. It just seems mine is a bit chunky for some reason :(
