Bar the cake in that bore it looks fine.

Head needs a proper degreasing/cleaning, looks like its not seen an oil change for a while.
Should be sound when rebuilt up tho! :)

Yeah going to buy myself one of those valve compressor tools and strip it down and clean it up properly.
