Calf raises, the other night was my first leg workout at the gym, my wife says I've chicken legs so thought hey I'll get them bigger no worries, I did 45 calf raises with 50kg on my shoulders... Day 1 I'm fine... Day 2 feel great... Day 3 wtf has gone on!!!! I'm walking like I've shît myself and now I'm walking like a thunderbird lol
i'm worried.
i now have a mental image of you covered in bisto & wearing nothing more than a pair of budgie smugglers, doing a body building competition.....
if you want to bulk up, what is wrong with takeaways & cheapo energy drinks???? that's what the doley wasters round here live on & they are huge
Really... The amount of people who've said to me "why are you doing exercise" all because I look like I don't need to loose weight.
I've an office job and do naff all exercise and thought I need to get fit is my usual answer, I'm doing this for me and nobody else... Tbh it bloody hard and I'm really unfit if I must say so myself but I'm getting there and I'm happy with that ;)
