Thoughts here for you Rich, went through similar with my grandma years ago. The lost expression on her face broke my heart and sadly I remember that more than I should but over time I just tried to talk to the family about the good times we'd all had together with her. :)

Edd, unfortunately running a business means making money, if they were the right or cheapest option, then that's what happens..

Polish chap comes from nowhere and gets the job, worse bit is I trained him up and now he's going to be senior to me ffs
I'm just going to keep my head down, and use the extra spare time cracking on with the Sport
