well got some btis of that nova last week, including propper shelf supports and afew other bits
anyways i fitted my shelf supports as mine were just chopped mk2 ones over poverty mk1 card blank bits lol. also placed my boot plinth on to see what it looks like, hopefully drilling and fitting it through the week :thumb:
http://i61.photobucket.com/albums/h8...m/DSC01719.jpg
also got a dash clock, but i didnt like the fact that it had circular points on the face, i thought it didnt look right against the digi dash
so took it apart, removed the plastic face and fitted a clear piece made from a dorito's dip lid lol, also painted the needles silver

http://i61.photobucket.com/albums/h8...m/DSC01721.jpg
and also removed the dvd player and re-fitted my old headunit. looks miles better imo, plus dvd unit was too easy to steal, id rather have it to use later on in a propper car rather then it get nicked.

lovely car mate, you should be very proud!
that panel across the boot latch, is that from a van????? as i would like to find one
wheels look good to
ive seen them on some vans but more 5dr mk2 hatches than nayhting, very very hard to come by one, and then it may have cracks snaps etc
i swapped it for a sr grille and sr spoiler both off mk1, so you can tell their rare lol
well gives me a clue where to look as i didnt realise they came on 5 dr model.Quote:

all you do dude, is simply cut the hazard hole out, so your basically left with a huhe hole where the clock and switch should be, then you have to file down the clocks slightly, then you have to chop a fair bit off the cavalier surround bit to make it fitQuote:

Hopefully run a layer of Wax over it ?
i just spent 20 seconds with the hover in mine, it was the time of my life, sucky sucky
You scare me sometimes /\
Dave, 6hours cleaning the interior?? Jeeessss lol
Arch repair looks well, what did you get done, rear 1/4 respayed????

because thei paints only a year old and its not faded yet, its just been blown in, tbh tis not the ebst job in the world but i think next year a full hit's on the cards, roof bonnet etc :thumb:Quote:

http://i61.photobucket.com/albums/h8...x/DSC02068.jpg
Think ive been englecting her becuause of the Corsa lol
Picked this up for her today, as its never had one, it makes under the bonnet look abit more 'busy', and also it was only £2 lol
http://i61.photobucket.com/albums/h8...x/DSC02179.jpg
Repaired the rip on the top, and gave it a quick scrub over, came up like new :d
http://i61.photobucket.com/albums/h8...x/DSC02181.jpg
Fitting it tomorrow :thumb:
Well fitted the bonnet sound proofing using some black trim clips found on astras corsas etc, looks well:
http://i61.photobucket.com/albums/h8...x/DSC02183.jpg
Then FINALLY managed to get hold of some red tint spray thanks to a awsome dude off ehre (Cheers Graeme, i owe you one big time) so i masked off the inditator lens and the black outer btis of my clear rear lights, and got spraying:
http://i61.photobucket.com/albums/h8...x/DSC02191.jpg
I wasnt too sure what they would look like on the car, but as i unmasked them and started fitting them, i knew they were by far the best set for the car:

http://i61.photobucket.com/albums/h8...x/DSC02195.jpg
Then took her out for some photatoes, the lights really finish off the rear end i think:

Got soem chrome bulbs to fit to the indicators so they dont have the "fried-egg" effect, so they should look spot on :thumb:
The lights look pink in some pcis, but believe me their nearly an exact match to the original colour :thumb:
looking good a gsi boot vinyl would also look great :thumb:
I would only use a boot vynal if i got the bumpers colour coded, and i quite like the grey bumpers, it breaks up the white alot, mabey in the future :d
Same light style as Nick Caro!
Love it.
Look good Dave, have you polished them?
