The fact my company is paying some so-called 'engineer' £60+ an hour to change the Y-axis ballscrew support bearing on a CNC machine who has been here since 10:40 and still hasnt done. Worst thing was he was asking me what wanted doing :confused: I could have had the job done in 45 minutes
