Right From the last pics up there ^ I sanded the fiber glass back, but found the bit i had welded in was still a bit warped so i have to tap it back abit. But in doing that i broke a few welds so i ground them back and rewelded them, this time getting them much better and stronger.

So gave it a skim of filler to get it nice and smooth.

So with that drying i started to clean up the front pannel where the rad sits.

The round holes get wet from rain and if the rad leaks (which i found out mine does) and i wanted to clean up the welds as well.

Got some rust killing cleaner stuff. Works very well bubbles away then you can just wiper it off and the rusts gone..
