benn saw earlier in the thread you said you didnt think 15in wheels would fit over your brakes, if your still running the willwood 4 pots with 280mm disks 15s do fit there tight but fit i sling a pair on the front of mine when i go on the strip, well used to before some robbing b nicked them

think it will depend on wheel design though, ive had 3 sets of 17s on the saloon 2 needed spacers and the otheres were fine luckily the softstars on the van cleared with no spacers, the 15s i had were just a set of dare 5 spokes but cleared fine needed 5mm spacers though

Just read the whole thread,took me about 4 hours in total. Really enjoyed it and have learnt alot from it.

So rear beam... With it off and at the powder coaters i stripped the hubs down..

Time to build the hubs and braking bits up.. Garage isn't the nicest place too sit. So made a work bench and sat in front of the tv to do it..

Discs grease masked and painted. (painted the edge of the disc as i hate it when they are all rusty)

Grease it,

Then wipe paint off and the braking surface is clean...
So then start rebuilding beam, Remember my bad caster? Using some tig (soh-cah-toa) i worked out what was needed to fix it and had some shim made to correct. (left 1.4mm and right 2.9mm cut on a lathe)
