Mine dont have it and has passed its last 4/5 mot's like that fine.
The strike pin thing holds the seats upright, so there fine.
Sell me those cally oil/volt gauges :p
lookin good :)
pit bike looks awesome
aye mate its fast aswell
raced my mate yesterday in the yard, once i get into 3rd hes about 2 seconds behind me, even the lads at work said it was fast lol
i had the 150 bike also..was pretty fast but started having shots on cr125's/kx250's etc and they are so much better. dont feel like your going to fall off doing 60mph through a field.;) i had my mates farm to play on..river banks, forests, fields, gravel tracks..was brilliant..had about 5 of us with bikes/quads. got a bit dangerous tho.. we got the tractors and digger to make jumps.lol
nova hasnt moved for 2 months, tried to turn it over wasnt having any of it, battery died instantly again!... popped it on charge, tried turning it over, cranked for about 15 seconds then started up on all 4... doesnt sound long but that garage gets very cold so suprised it did lol.. usually takes the trucks longer in the mornign
anyway 2 pics, mainly to show how big my bike is and how the nova now lives... slowly getting blocked in lol

Vaughan :)
Your nova looks awesome dave dont loose motivation with her, if she going to be laid up over winter in that unit id suggest a visit to your local shoe shop and see if they have any silica gel sachets you can beg or steal (quite a few as theyre only small) and scatter them about inside your car, boot, back seats, front seats and footwells.
This will stop the insides condensing up/becoming damp and going mouldy over winter which it will in a cold storage place like that!
well this weekend i thought id take the bull by the horns and get her out for the first time in afew months. tax is up soon so she'll be getting sorn'ed for t'winter :D
anyway, got her out.. had a little blast, forgot how much of a smile it put on my face, only been 2 months but still... got carried away and managed to slide the front end around whilst doing a quick wheelspin lol
anyways some pics of her and my bike, not done much competition events atm. but cleaned both my babys :D

Looking good Dave, love the row of stickers and I'm still eternally thank full for my gold sticker
well the novas being neglected recently so me and Graeme Dixon set about helping its stopping power
started the other week when we were out in Graeme's 1.2 and he "showed" me how good his breaks were. after nearly dying of whiplash i thought to myself "gotta get me some of those" lol
luckilly Graeme was getting rid of his the week after, so today, he very kindly came down for me with them and even did most of the fitting for me lol. only downside to the day was his water pump breaking but mission-o-scrappy-scav is all set for tomorrow :thumb:
anyways, heres the old little things:
http://i61.photobucket.com/albums/h8...m/DSC01424.jpg
after then bombing to mallys to get some of the retaining wire clips to hold the sliders i think? on.. we fouund that Graeme's water pump decided to elt go..DOH! anyways got us abck and we continued with the job.
plonked the new discs and callipers on after removing the backing metal sheild thing (grooved.. snazzy!):
http://i61.photobucket.com/albums/h8...m/DSC01425.jpg
halfway through a lick of paint, the hammerite was about 10 years old and was more like tarr lol:
http://i61.photobucket.com/albums/h8...m/DSC01426.jpg

then a trip to my scrappy reveled this sorry looking viva:
http://i61.photobucket.com/albums/h8...m/DSC01436.jpg
poor thing :(
good brakes are a must to avoid muppets on the roads lol.
Nice car....not bad for sumthin started at 13.
Most 13 year old lads over here, if they had 1 of them, would be using it as a hot rod in a field...
well tested out the 2l breaks today... in the wet!
they lock up at about 25 if you really puch down hard, but if you just lightly tap them then they still give you whiplash lol
one of the best modifications so far imo.. well worth £20. got greenstuff pads and grooved discs too lol.... off to a&e now due to extensive whiplash lol :thumb:
and who could forget...PICS! lol

http://i61.photobucket.com/albums/h8...m/DSC01494.jpg
http://i61.photobucket.com/albums/h8...m/DSC01495.jpg
huuuge hole lol:
http://i61.photobucket.com/albums/h8...m/DSC01496.jpg
will trial fit it tomorrow.. should look decent.. btw a flip up dvd will be there, not the crappy sony :thumb:
Why didnt you just fit the flip up screen inside the glove box then it would of been hidden out of site untill you wanted to see by opening the glove box.
Much more secure and would of looked alot btter mate imho. But at the end of the day it is up to you.
keep a spare glovebox as they are sometimes hard to get in full working order.
the screen flips up at a 90* angle and cannot lean any more back, therefure the unit would have to be right up close to the lid, when i tried this the lid kept hitting the front of the unit :thumb:Quote:
