looks good riggy. but from the pic of your bay, wheres your other water return to the top of the header tank? I can see the one from the rad obviously but not the other one lol.

It currently has a bolt in it until he finds a T piece to join it in.

lol. Might do that with mine for now as thats the only one I haven't got piping for and I want to have the engine running for more than 5 seconds.
I've found most my pipes and fabricated one with a 90 degree bend for the drivers side heater matrix to side of head so it doesn't foul the inlet.

decided to go with the astra/corsa 16v badge as my 2 gen nova badges have the wrong g on then so i didnt want to fit , the one that we fitted up there ^^^ was the same and was just for a pic really to see what it was like

just need some blue grey for the door pillers now and a LET lol
