I took the opportunity to clean up the mating surfaces etc whilst I was there. I am getting more new bolts tomorrow to put it on properly. Onwards and upwards!

What is the gear normaly made of? LOoked steel to me when i had mine off,
Whys it good to fit steel stuff?

The standard ones are sintered steel and if you run a solid pulley they can shatter. Since I will be running a solid engine pulley I decided to get one. A friend of mine had it happen to him on his rally car, ££ of engine knackered!

It would have been cracking fun if we could have thrown fruit at each other when karting. However I had to settle with squeezing Lee off the track as much as possible.

I still cant beleive that i was the only one to see you do it, twice lol
