tht nitrous bottle will look nice in the back there lol
Mike, id replace those nitrous/fuel solenoids with the newer design ones.
Already on it Ad, the WON pulsiods are about £130 a throw tho so no cheap when you need 2 of them :(
Yup.
Which is usually why cheap nitrous kits dont end up being that cheap.
Not really done much for months now, been working in North Wales (Hurrah. Not) killed the Bread van, fixed it, then killed it again :S fingers crossed it'll get me to Conwy tomorrow at 5am tho!
Altho it keeps balding its pass side front tyre like this every 3k miles? And I cant for the life of me figure out why?

Anyho, gave it a couple of hours yesterday, stripped all the remaining tar sound deadening out, measured up this

Just gotta prise it off once its set & finish in carbon.
Bought some seats, alloy mounts, plumbed in extinguisher kit, battery box, roof vent & other odd's & ends. Got next week off work so will pull the build forward massively on those 5 days.
Lost a set of ATE calipers tho so took a step back on that :(
lost a set of ate calipers?? want some more?
Aint you finished this yet lol
I dont like the fact that to fit gauges in like a normal road car you have to lose a vent or two :( Nowhere to put em!
Thats nice tyre scrubbage too
God no, I drive 125 mile to work on a Monday morning, an then do the same drive home on a Friday normally :( then catch up with eBay & composite parts on the weekend!Quote:

Yeah seroiusly, I think Ive binned them instead of the smaller 236 ATE calipers off this car :tard:Quote:

Got this wrong on a nova once and it changed the camber and the tyre wore down like that :(
Erm mass camber on that side?
What Im confused about on my van is, if it was camber type affiar it would wear like a bitch on one side only, not both like it has done :S but I dont know lol Ill be selling soon so meh LOL lol
You sure the tracking is right?
right ive seen the fb status's all day so im expecting an update lol
id like an update nice for to read something different :thumbs:Quote:

STILL waiting on buckets & alloy sidemounts :( , extinguisher setup, a delivery from ProBolt, copper brake lines & fittings, pipe bender/flaring tool, pipe cutter & a GRP battery box. And some bits from PoleVolt for the aircraft dash loom.
Wear like that on both sides is normally a sign of under inflation, but if you keep changing the tyre and it keeps doing it on one side only then it cant be that.
At a guess you have two problems at the same time, my guess is too much neg camber and a touch of toe out lol
nos bottle wont read presure mike until the valve is open mate so untill you get it plumbed in and open the valve the gauge will read empty
re the tyres... when did you last change the 2 vertical bushes on the lower arms??? they go very soft & throw the tracking/camber all over the place.. but when stationary, they look about right.......
Never lolQuote:

If you know which way up the disk backplates go you can work out which way up the new plate goes.
But what if you dont know what way the disc backing plates go on lol
no mike thats wrong, use the back plate to work out which way they go. caliper at the back, handbrake cable at the top
Caliper at the back of the car yes?
Yes. Slot at the top. But i guess you already knew that.
Aha, see where I went wrong now, I was working from the handbrake cable mount point to figure it out.
Didnt realise your brother didnt put the M10 nuts/washers on the back of the hubs Luke, spent an hour driving about all for 8 M10 1.25 nuts today lol
