Do you have a part number of anything? And 15 a side is better than the really long try to wrap them selfs around the drive shaft i have now...
On my paperwork they are just listed as 'S' for special..Give them a call and ask them, failing that I could ask them to make me a spare set??
I'll ring them tomoz, if not i'll pm ya.

Cool cant wait to see this come together mate..
Getting it painted inside too?
Scott
Met either Scott..
Yes, when it's back from having the mods done and the cage fitted it will be put on a rollover jig and prepped and then painted inside and out.
Quick update..
Popped over to see the welder today as he was back from holiday so we could go through what needs removing/modifying/adding etc
I also grabbed the front wings whilst I was there and was very pleased to find no rust behind them.

Nice project Mark, looking good!
Cheers Matt.
Mark this is an awesome base for a track based project, although it was very very nice as it was when you bought it, ah well..
You coming to Billing? would be nice to actually meet you after all these years! lol
Scott
Cheers Scott, yes it is damn clean, had a bit of stick for not keeping it standard, but it's my car and I'll do as I please with it.
Yes, I'll be at Billing.
Dont get me wrong mate, i weren't being like that, just saying as it was so original is a slight shame, but also it makes a nice base to build off, so i see both sides etc.
Sorry Scott, didn't mean to make it look like I was aiming that at you..lol
I've had a few people saying "Why don't you use a another Nova instead of one in such good condition" but why would I want to use anything but the best I could get my hands on at the time??
I'm just happy I won't have to do so much shell work aswell as the modifications.
Keeping cars standard is boring as funk.
Umm, not so true, i really enjoy driving/owning my Jamaica MK1, possibly enjoy it more then the MK2 tracker...;)Quote:

Scott
Ok, but i still think they are boring. Unless they are proper concourse mint they do nothing for me. Everything can be made better in my eyes.
UPDATE...
Things removed..
Firewall
Slam Panel
Rear seat panels
Gearstick holder
Carpet tunnel holder
Rear seat catches etc
Sound deadening from front, rear and wheel well.

Looking awesome mate - I dont suppose you have the rear shelf do you?
Sorry mate, no, it went with the interior and the only bit I have left of that is the rear panel trim that goes inside the boot between the lights.
proper job :D although more of that rear shelf can come out, are you leaving the dash panel in as well?
Theres a certain charm to driving a crappy standard nova, it's just that bad you have to laugh or you'd cry lol There's a novelty to it over driving more modern carsQuote:

Hmmn, well the CC Cage comes with a dash bar, so I will see how it fits before removing that much.
i removed mine after the cage was fitted, there is plenty of room to :d
Front brakes off, steering column off and pedal box/linkage out.

Why have you removed the slam and bulk head? Just for more room?
Slam panel has been cut out so it can be modified to make it a bolt in version like pugs etc for ease of work.
Bulk head is a space/airflow sort of thing. Being that the Corsa Brake pedal is going in and the Corsa Bias box, wiper under the scuttle and heater/fan intake hole being covered.
Cool, never found the slam panel removal gives that much more room (have only worked on one with it removed tho)
looking good there mark thats going to be a cracker once its done
I find it helps with engine swaps etc.Quote:
