I'm now thinking that my return from FSE to swirl pot could have been getting crushed by the airbox... but its doubtful
Its ok Adam, I know someone building a equally insane small block nova which will probably make me realise my mistake, but for now its a big block only world.
Lee's will be mentally fast though with the power he has
Olz, as said on page 3, it should be returning to the tank from the very top but even plumbed in your way its still running on over 2/3 of the swirl pot so I can't see why that would be a problem.
Have you checked the wiring ?
Not sure where to start on checking it, as it was only intermittant on the three said corners... I can always remove and replace, and clean up the earths on the injection pump, and on facet?
Still not got my two fuel pump switches on my dash relayed, as I'm unsure how to do it...

For relays, just use two 4pin, normally closed realys.
I'll knock up a diagram on MS paint lol

Basically, use your current switch to switch the relay.
Best switch the earth to the relay in my opinion.
Wire the top side of the relay up to either a perm live, or ign live(depening if you want the pump to work with ign off or not), best with an ignition live.
Then, a thick red to the battery to one side of the relay, and the other side to the pump +(the relay joins these two when you flick the dash switch)
Fuse the live to the pump too if you want.
