Nova Spider Rebuild,

Been working on the engine recently, cleaned the block up with a lovely wire heel on an angle grinder, this then resulted in me getting sh1t in my eye and couldnt drive for a few days, will remember to follow basic health and safety from now on!!

The engine was very health when I bought it so didnt see the point in stripping it fully, decided instead to just replace the oil pump and gaskets on it, mainly for cosmetics.

At a bit of a stand still now as i'm waiting for a set of head bolts to arrive, had to track some down that are a hex head instead of torx

Also bought a new rad fan surround from shaun o'donnell but he had painted it grey so out with the plastic primer and satin black

All painted and loosely fitted, got a new fan aswell to go on just a case of getting round to bolting it together

As you can see its taken a stp back as ive striped all the rear suspension off as i'm not happy with the finish, some bits have flaked off the under seal so its being redone, no point in rushing!!

Awesome :D I'd love to do something similar with my Nova but I think it will be a couple of years til I have the time, space and money. I'm really looking forward to seeing this :D
