Im only borrowing the toras, got to give them back soon. They're only 15's, the new wheels should fill up the arches nicely!

The pics really don't do the colour any justice, i'm well chuffed so far!

No not a painter myself, Two of my mate run E-volve bodyworks in Stansted Essex they are doing it for me. Im doing the odd bit here and there, wouldn't mind getting into it. I did the prep on the engine bay myself.
does look like a nice colour mate! yer get spraying somthing! i think im going to spray my brothers car for him, never sprayed with paint just primer. lol
Well i've been pestering them to train me up & give me a job, you never know this time next year might be working in a bodyshop instead of valeting! lol
Would like a change as i've been valeting for the last 6 and a half years, gets a bit tedious after a while!

Stayed there for 3 years then started up a mobile valeting business with the same mate who got me the 1st job, been doing it ever since. Aslong as you pay attention to detail you can go wrong, pretty straight foward really.
Only down side to it i've found is that there is so many other valeters out there so your forever trying to undercut the next man which can sometimes means you have to kick yourself in the bollox to get the job and end up charging alot less than you normaly would but thats just how the motortrade works.
Don't get me wrong you can earn a very good living out of valeting IF you find the right customer base, think well off people with big executive cars who. Traders are a good way to get started, get yourself down to your local car dealership/trader and just ask them if they need anything valeted, thats what we did at the very begining and 3 & 1/2 years later im still goin.
One bit of advice word of mouth is one of the best forms of advertising ive found (especially in the valeting game), so as long as your customers are happy you should have no shortage of work.
