Lee i'm not accusing your Mrs of lying i'm just stating i have seen the same letter and it in no way says it's illegal to put the flags up..

It is an official letter. It does state that if your pub is a s**t hole in scrotesville you are advised not to advertise the world cup too much.... with flags etc.

A twisted story from a landlord whom could have shown your mrs select exerts from the letter is not a reason to argue a case with somebody whom has seen the letter and also has posted a link direct from the bbc website that disproves the web that has been woven for your mrs.... I'm sorry Lee but I have to say that there has been a ill advised story transfered to your mrs by a bitter landlord...
