Once things were the size i wanted them it was time to degrease, wash and paint strip again before blasting.

Lol sorry for all the pics ive been saving them up - i did see your post and if the engine doesn't go as a whole then it will be sold in bits :thumb:

During the week this turned up after a prolonged search - its a corsa b 1.7 N/A isuzu engined inlet manifold (for those who don't know) it fits directly to the td and makes the routing of boost pipework from the intercooler much easier as the original manifold is a pain in the @rse!

Surprisingly enough once it was clean i taped up the manifold to head mounting surfaces (to stop them getting roughed up by the blast media) and gave it a blasting, again good results were achieved

We have some bits at work going to be bead polished again so i might be lucky and get this polished as well :d
