Been busy this week, Got the Golf runnin, not well but it starts at least! gonna service it and get it set up then its going for the MOT next Tuesday and up for sale. But anyways back to the Nova, ive managed to get some proper -60mm nova springs! The Apex ones i have are for a corsa and they are way too high! i picked them up yesterday with a genuine N/S front Mk2 wing.(i hope its genuine anyway!)

In the next day or 2 i am going for 2 rear arch repair panels too!
So i can strip the pile of turd to a bare rolling shell, fit the rear panels (will be fun as ive never done it before(with help from a pro tho)) then prep the rest of the shell for paint, and sort all the problems! etc etc.

In all this ive gotta decide what engine im gonna fit and clean and paint all the parts for it!!!! its got a 1.4 fitted using the 1.2 spi still. And ive got a 1.6 engine with a 1.6 spi carb.
Id love some bike carbs for it, but its meant to be a budget build!!!!:eek:

Im in pontefract bud, you can call whenever you want, it wont be gettin painted for a few week tho, ill keep you updated, you can come see it bare after paint if you want, before it gets rebuilt

Picked up 2 rear arches yesterday from AlanH, cheers alanH!! so hopefully ill get it to the bodyshop soon, just need a drivers side front wing now! oh and a full exhaust system. anybody know of any goin cheapo?

Sorry guys this projects on the back burner and will slow even more at the mo, as ive left the moanin missus n im temorarily back at the old parents! (at 27yrs old) So i need to sort a garage/unit/house out! and ive just bought back my old mk4 astra estate which im gonna drop my omega 3.0 v6 in so ive got somthin proper to drive about as my daily! Estates rock, fill em wi loads of stuff in the boot and they look lower than 3 doors. (especially as its got nova -60mm springs in at the mo) :-)
