my close friend brian work his absolute **** off skimming all of the arches to get the final finish. my intentions were to make the fibreglass panels look metallike and he has done an amazine job.
Luckily i am an expert on car finishing materials because of working for Loctite/Teroson/Plastic padding as an engineer so the correct material was chosen and finished before paint in 800 grit!!!!

Do I see expanding foam filler in the rear arches? What's that there for? Is there no inner arches or something?

finished before paint in 800 grit!!!!
Love these wheels!
the expanding foam is a mystery to be honest but the only thing i can think of is its for the vibrations and hasnt done any harm so far so im not going to change it lol.
and as for the 800 grit...knew some one would say something lol...wanted to finish in the highest grade i could before primer for the smoothest finish to dry flat back...
Primer will fill any sanding marks..
Primer should allways be finished by hand with 800wet*.
*anless a good finish isnt really needed.
dont mean to be nasty but the primer that we put on the car was chosen by a technical advisor at ICI paints and he recomended doing it dry for a sharper finish...!!!
